Gonzales | Wai’alae Beach
Wai'alae Beach rarely disappoints and this morning was no exception! I met the lovely Gonzales family there this morning, and despite the extra traffic troubles, in Honolulu this today, we all made it on time - though the family of three decidedly had to skip their donut run on the way, lol!
Mom, dad, and their adorable 5-month-old baby boy, Maverick, had just flown in from LA the day before. Despite jet lag and a short 10 minute car nap, little Maverick did incredibly well throughout the session, showing off a chill, happy little personality!
The partly cloudy morning provided just the right balance of shade and sunlight, creating a gorgeous backdrop for photos. And this session was particularly special for the family, as it was their first official photo session since the birth of their baby boy. What better place to have their first family session than in beautiful Hawaii?!
While it was Maverick's first family photo session, it wasn't his first time in front of the camera. In fact, he's already a professional model! The proud parents shared with me that Maverick will be seen modeling the new line of Carter's baby clothes online in just a few months. It was truly a privilege to capture this budding star in action, showcasing his perfect chubby cheeks!!
I hope the Gonzaleses have a wonderful vacation here with their little guys and that they enjoy their first professional family photos for many years to come!
